Emmerdale’s Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins) and Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) have been one of the cutest couples ever to land on the ITV soap.
The pair - nicknamed Vanity - have been on and off for the past year but fans always knew they were destined to be together.
And what’s more, they got engaged last month in one of Emmerdale’s funniest proposals ever.
However, new research has emerged suggesting they could be in line for a break-up - if they even make it down the aisle at all.
Tombola took a look at all the major soap players to see how many successful marriages there are.
And sadly for Emmerdale, the ITV soap came at the bottom.
Of the 23 marriages in the soap, only 32 per cent of them have been successful.
It’s not much better for EastEnders, in which 22 partnerships have a 33 per cent chance of lasting.
Coronation Street faired a little better, with 42 per cent of their 44 marriages were successful.
