And, as Brexit negotiations continue, the 49-year-old has now shared his thoughts about the UK leaving the EU. So, what does Phil think the impending departure from the European Union will mean for the UK’s property market?
I think Brexit’s already had its effect to be honest

Speaking during an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, he predicted that there may not be a huge change to the market when Brexit comes around.
That’s because, according to Phil, the UK may have already felt the impact of leaving the EU.
“I think Brexit’s already had its effect to be honest, because the volume of transactions, [and] the number of deals, are so low at the moment,” he said.
“That’s perfectly understandable, because there’s so much uncertainty about.”
Explaining what this could mean for the property market, Phil suggested the housing market may not be moving at the moment.
“It’s not that the market is profiting, it’s just that the market isn’t going anywhere, because nobody is buying and nobody’s selling,” he said.
