Transport for London has confirmed that services between Finchley Road and Stratford are experiencing long delays following the power failure.
On its website, TfL adds services on all other lines remain good.
They said: “Severe delays between Finchley Road and Stratford due to a power failure at Canary Wharf.”
There are still planned works being carried out on the London Overground.
