EastEnders will not air tonight as the BBC make way for an FA Cup match.
Instead of the action from the Square, a match between Chelsea and Manchester United will air tonight.
Fans got an extra helping of the soap last week as Thursday saw a double bill of the BBC soap air.
But there were sad scenes on Friday when Doctor Harold Legg (Leonard Fenton) died with old friend Dot Cotton (June Brown) by his side.
It came as the medic recounted how he met his wife following the Battle of Cable Street, an event which did take place in real life outside of the soap.
He told Dot how he wanted to kiss Judith again before he slipped away.
Dot encouraged the doctor to go and kiss his wife again as he took his final breaths.

He returned with the sad news last year and has been living with Dot in recent weeks.
But his illness still didn’t make his passing any less heartbreaking and fans were crushed by his departure.
