The Walking Dead has welcomed one of the worst villains to the AMC series in the form of Alpha (played by Samantha Morton).
She appears to be ruthless and evil, given the fact she has killed members of her own family and wears zombie skin as a disguise.
And to celebrate the arrival of her, AMC dedicated an entire episode to Alpha and her daughter, Lydia (Cassidy McClincy).
Focussed mainly on the youngster, she recalled her early memories of the apocalypse and what she remembered from her time clinging to her mother for safety.
Their family bond is really revealed and it seems Alpha and Lydia really do have each other’s backs.
So when the latter is ready to escape her Alexandrian jail cell, it seems she has second thoughts.
Lydia has a hammer and is about to go but she overhears a baby crying which seems to change something.
Now, The Walking Dead boss, Angela Kang, has opened up about what that scene could possibly mean - and it seems there will be a baby twist in store.
She told Entertainment Weekly: “Here’s what I’ll say: We’ll find out a lot more about The Whisperers and babies very soon.
“There’s an aspect related to the culture of their society that’s probably running through her mind.
“But I also think for somebody who’s been told the world is over,
