ITV will air the last episode of Cold Feet tonight (Monday, February 18) at 9pm on ITV, leaving fans wondering whether there will be another series of Cold Feet. ITV has not revealed any plans for another series but the signs are good from ITV the series will return in 2020 for series nine. Cold Feet’s head writer, however, has made some comments suggesting he may not return for another series.
At the moment, the signs for Cold Feet series nine are mixed.
On one hand, Cold Feet series eight has been a critical and ratings hit, meaning ITV is likely to want to continue the show for at least one more series.
However, Mike Bullen gave an interview to The Digital Fix, which seemingly suggests he wants to move on from the series.
He said: "I'm wondering if we should call stop now, because I'm not sure we can improve on this series.
