#Emmerdale star Jeff Hordley 'feared death' after Crohn's disease diagnosis

Emmerdale actor Jeff Hordley, 48, who is married to his co-star, Zoe Henry, revealed he grows his own vegetables in an allotment to help with his Crohn's disease after fearing he would die when learning of his diagnosis.
