Rana (played by Bhavna Limbachia) was reunited with Kate (Faye Brookes) on Coronation Street, with the nurse believing she had everything under control over their upcoming nuptials.
However, after a few hints from various characters on the ITV soap such as Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) and his mother Beth Tinker (Lisa George), Kate discovered plans had gone a little off track.
Unable to lash out on a huge ceremony and reception, Kate and Rana have been trying to think of cost-cutting alternatives to still make their big day one to remember.
After creating two lists on who they would invite, Rana mistakenly invited everyone from both lists meaning the wedding would have to cost more and Kate wasn’t best pleased with her fiancé’s error.

However, Rana and Kate will soon find a solution to their problem when an old school friend of The Bistro waitress, Lolly (Katherine Pearce), will offer to help the pair cut down the numbers.
With Kate sharing a past with Lolly, it may emerge the old school friend has ulterior motives to helping the couple, possibly causing more trouble than good.
Kate does have a history of having her head turned during her time with Rana as most recently, the waitress tried to sleep with Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) to try and conceive a baby.
After Rana discovered the betrayal, the couple split but reunited at New Year as they confessed their undying love for another.
Though, Kate could have her head turned once more if she begins to spend more time with Lolly to get the plans back on track, as the old school friend could possibly be a former flame.
