Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard, 24, informed his 360,000 Instagram followers he was off to the Blue Peter studios in Manchester after an eventful night at the BRIT Awards 2019 ceremony last night. As he informed his fans of his move, he discovered a red mark on his forehead after falling asleep on the train alongside a female companion. AJ rolled up his wooly hat to give his followers a better look at the mark, before commenting: “Oh my God, look at it.” He added: “That’s going to take a while… I’ve been clean out for a good two hours. I only got one hour’s sleep so that two hours was needed.”

Rolling his finger over the red mark, he added: “Oh my God that is bad, you can feel it on my finger.”
Swiftly directing his attention elsewhere, he continued: “But we have food so it’s all good.”
Ahead of his trip to the Blue Peter studios, AJ attended the BRIT Awards 2019 followed by the Warner Music Brit Awards after party.
The professional dancer was pictured alone wearing a smart black suit accompanied with a matching bow-tie.
He shared a picture of himself in his red-carpet attire with his social media fans, commenting: “Head to toe in @dsquared2 Feeling so much love for Dan & Dean... it is an honour to be dressed by you.
