The three-bed semi-detached house is in Northfield Avenue, Doncaster.

The red brick property is in a good location and has an interior in good condition.

But the advert reveals there is a catch, explaining the low price.

This includes off-road parking for two cars, a dining kitchen and gas central heating.

The listing reads: “Accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge, dining kitchen, ground floor WC, three bedrooms at first floor and a house bathroom.”

Described as the “prefect starter home”, the property has a garden and sellers claim it is cheap to run.

However, interested parties can only buy 30 per cent of the home.

The advert reads: “A nicely presented three bedroom semi detached property available on 30 per cent shared ownership with Johnny Johnson housing association.
