In two months time the survivors of Avengers Infinity War will set out to reverse Thanos’ Snap, but how? Well, Doctor Strange’s plan for Avengers Endgame – which he viewed thanks to the Time Stone – may have been teased in Ant-Man and the Wasp’s Bill Foster lecture scene. This is according to a popular new fan theory pointing out that the multi-verse may be accessed through the Quantum Realm. Reddit user juanbergur writes: “In Ant-Man And The Wasp, the trio walk into Bill Foster's lecture on quantum entanglement, and how an isolated system, when disturbed, can turn chaotic and exist in multiple phases at the same time.” Related articles Avengers Endgame box office set for record-breaking opening weekend Avengers Endgame theory: Iron Man will DIE initiating REVERSE Snap They continued: “Here's the quote from the movie: ‘In an isolated system, particles coexist in a stable phase relationship – if the system is interfered with, that stability becomes chaos. Unpredictable, dangerous, beautiful. Isolated completely, a quantum system would revert back to separate states of matter, each entangled with a distinct state of its environment. In other words, the object in question would be in and out of phase with multiple parallel realities.’ “According to this lecture, if an isolated system is tampered with, it's stability descends into chaos - it's beauty dependent on whether you're a victim of said chaos. To me, it sounds like the current MCU is the isolated system. Quite stable, albeit the New York wormhole and the portals created by the Space Stone - maybe because the portals were within this universe, it remains isolated.” MARVEL BOSS TEASES QUANTUM REALM FOR FUTURE OF MCU Avengers Endgame: Doctor Strange’s plan teased in THIS Ant-Man and the Wasp scene? (Image: MARVEL) Bill Foster in Ant-Man and the Wasp (Image: MARVEL) They added: “In Avengers Infinity War, there's only two scenes where Thanos uses the Reality Stone when not battling - one to fool the Guardians that Knowhere wasn't destroyed, and another to explain to Doctor Strange about his homeworld, Titan. “Assuming that the Titan being projected is from his memory as a citizen, there's only one explanation for the incident on Knowhere - Thanos summoned an alternate reality. A disturbance. “Also notice how Bill Foster delivers his lecture - he doesn't use ‘in and out of existence’, no. ‘In and out of phase’, he says. And to me, it sounds like a beeline to Marvel's timeline division - Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3. “Maybe Doctor Strange used the Time Stone to exist in ‘multiple phases’ (i.e. the past MCU timeline), or made sure the snap happened only after Ant-Man could.” REAL REASON AVENGERS ENDGAME TITLE WAS KEPT SECRET Related articles Avengers Endgame: Marvel boss teases Quantum Realm for MCU future Avengers Endgame star just INSULTED The Rock AND Fast & Furious Doctor Strange viewed Avengers Endgame with the Time Stone in Avengers Infinity War (Image: MARVEL) Certainly, Ant-Man and the Quantum Realm appear to be the key in Avengers Endgame.
