Christopher Dean reveals HUGE error in James Jordan #DancingOnIce semi-final ...

Christopher, 60, Jayne Torvill, 61, Ashley Banjo, 30, and Jason Gardiner, 47, were blown away by Dancing On Ice contestant James Jordan this evening as he performed a spectacular performance for his first routine of the night.

Taking on the judges challenge on the ITV dance show, the former Strictly Come Dancing star performance half of the routine solo and the ice panel were amazed by his ability to conquer the test immaculately.

Heading over to join hosts Phillip Schofield, 56, and Holly Willoughby, 38, after their routine, James and his professional partner Alexandra Schauman, 38, were speechless when they received the first full score of the ITV series.

The studio lit gold as the scores came through but when each judge gave their own critique, Christopher admitted he almost made a huge error when inputting James’ score into the system.

With each member of the ice panel awarding James a score of 10, resulting in a complete mark of 40 overall, the judges gave their reason for awarding such an immaculate score.

Before giving his explanation, Christopher said he almost input a score of one into the system instead of a ten.

James took the news with a pinch of salt however and burst into laughter at the mistake, telling the judges his competitor Brian McFadden, 38, would’ve been happy if he had got a lower score.

The former Strictly Come Dancing professional had been desperate to get a perfect score all series and after he received a 40 this evening, James’ voice could be heard breaking as he thanked the judges for their generosity.

However, hot on his heels was Love Island star Wes Nelson, 20, with the two men topping the leaderboard for the semi-final.
