Or just reduce the number of fizzy drinks you consume each day. “Try some peppermint tea for a soothing beverage that may help reduce bloat.” You could also lower your risk of stomach bloating by making sure you chew your food thoroughly, and by not eating too quickly. Your meals should last at least 30 minutes, it added. Digestion begins in the mouth, and chewing your food properly makes it easier to break down in the stomach. Taking your time while eating also makes your food more satisfying, and could even help with weight loss.
