Pointless Celebrities was back on the BBC this evening with a new host of famous faces. The difficult quiz welcomed some start of British sitcoms on to it to see if they could win the jackpot for charity. Two stars of Still Open All Hours appeared on Pointless this evening. James Baxter, who plays Leroy, and Brigit Forsyth, who stars as Madge, teamed up for the event. James was pleased, as it would mean his round would be a little bit easier, and went to give her a hi-five. However, it didn’t massively work and James tried to cover up the mistake. But it didn’t get past Richard, who was quick to call out James for his “fail”. He has been the presenter of Child Genius on Channel 4 for six years. But news emerged on Friday he would be stepping down from his role. Richard announced on Twitter: “The semi-final of this year’s ‘Child Genius’, is on tonight at eight on C4. Some incredible competition ahead.
