Netflix has announced the release date for its Madeleine McCann documentary will be Friday, March 15. The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann was widely reported to be airing in April 2019, though this has been proved to be false. The Madeleine McCann documentary on Netflix was delayed from its initial release date in late 2018 according to reports.
According to Netflix: “The launch has been fixed for some months.”
Numerous publications including The Mirror and The Sun had reported that the series was due to air in April 2019.
However, Express.co.uk has been unable to ascertain where this release date originally came from.
April 30, 2019 is the 12th anniversary of Madeleine McCann’s disappearance, perhaps leading some to think Netflix would release the series then.
