#GameOfThones Star teases 'awesome' series end after shock admission

Game of Thrones’ eighth and final series airs next month, and much of the cast and crew have remained tight-lipped about the last ever season.

But stuntman Adam Behan has dished on the final series, insisting it will delight long-standing fans of the show as he thoroughly enjoyed filming it.

However, the performer admitted it was “quite difficult” shooting scenes for the highly-anticipated drama, echoing cast members who previously said they had a “miserable” time filming battle sequences.

Adam, who has also appeared in the historical television drama Vikings, had to work many late nights and said it affected his natural body clock.

“Adjusting the body clock to the nights I found to be quite difficult,” he told Metro.co.uk. “I hadn’t done back to back nights like that before.”

Arya Stark star Maisie Williams seconded his argument in a recent interview, revealing how filming left her physically and mentally drained.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, she explained: “Nothing can prepare you for how physically draining it is. It’s night after night, and again and again, and it just doesn’t stop.”

The 21-year-old actress added: “You can’t get sick, and you have to look out for yourself because there’s so much to do that nobody else can do.
