Yesterday the final Avengers Endgame trailer finished with a look at our heroes in matching white suits. This confirmed a number of toy and concept art leaks from the last few months, but what are they for? Well, the best bet among fans is that they’re for time travelling through the Quantum Realm. And now Marvel have confirmed they are indeed inspired by Hank Pym’s suit from Ant-Man and the Wasp.
On the official Marvel website’s breakdown of the trailer, it says: “With the team reassembled to take on Thanos, we see them sporting a unified team look.
“The new suits with the Avengers 'A' emblem seem inspired by Hank Pym's suit he wore to rescue Janet Van Dyne in the Quantum Realm at the end of Ant-Man and The Wasp.”
And just before the end of that film, Janet warned Ant-Man to watch out for time vortexes in the Quantum Realm.
So it looks like the Avengers are wearing these suits to time travel through the Quantum Realm. But why?
