UK citizens are seemingly so fed up with the interminable process of Britain leaving the EU, that they don’t care whether we leave with or without an agreement. The survey found that 46 percent of adults think a Brexit no deal would “briefly cause some uncertainty but ultimately work out OK”, compared with 40 percent who back a Brexit delay by extending Article 50. While over half of Britons (61 percent) think Brussels bosses are trying to punish the UK for leaving, while one in five disagrees (22 percent)
When quizzed over a no deal Brexit, 30 percent of adults (three in 10) believe unshackling from the bloc without an agreement with the EU on Brexit day - March 29 - would be the best possible outcome.
Two in five (43 percent), meanwhile, believe Britain should get a deal with the bloc before leaving.
The poll by ComRes for the Daily Telegraph also found that just 12 percent of people think Prime Minister Theresa May’s deal delivers on Brexit, while 54 percent said it does not.
