It’s a British food spread which, by its own admission, can leave people divided. Famously branding itself as a flavour “you’ll either love or hate”, Marmite have insisted that its strong taste is sure to leave you with an opinion of some kind - be that for or against. And, to the delight of many Marmite lovers, Papa John's have now announced a new partnership with the brand. Possibly one of the most unusual twists to pizza yet, the team are set to bring out a new Marmite stuffed crust. The new addition to the menu comes following the popularity of the pizza chain’s Marmite cheese scrolls.
These are mini baked dough rolls, which have swirls of Marmite as well as a helping of cheese.
The scrolls first became available in the UK in January this year, and it seems they were a hit.
Papa John’s new Marmite pizza will see the pizza brand’s dough being rolled around mozzarella.
But, before the cheesy crust of the pizza is formed, Marmite will be spread across the gooey inside.
According to reports, you’ll be able to get this flavoursome crust with any of the brand’s pizza toppings.
This particular type of pizza will be available across the country via the Papa John’s website, as well as in-store.
