The American Horror Story ever-present and fan favourite Evan is to take a sabbatical after an intense period after finding stardom on the hit FX series.
He has been involved in every season of the show, bringing to life favourite characters such as James Patrick March and Kai Anderson.
Peters is the only actor alongside Sarah Paulson to be cast in every season since season one in 2011, but now he has fans worried that may change.
He told GQ: “I’m going to take a break, regroup, decompress, get back in touch with what I feel like I want to do.

“Not that I didn’t want to do any of those roles - they’re exactly what I wanted to do. It was just zero to 100 instantaneously. I want to play music.”
Fans are fearing the worst that he won’t be back in time for the highly-anticipated season nine.
One Twitter user said: “I’ve just read that Evan Peters won’t be part of American Horror Story season nine. I hope it’s not true because the show won’t be the same without him.”
Their worries stem from comments he made previously to GQ about the show and the roles he has played.
He added: “I’m goofy, I’m silly, I like to have fun. I don’t like to yell and scream. I actually hate it. I think it’s disgusting and
