Game of Thrones is just weeks away and viewers are becoming anxious as they look for clues in the latest trailer.
And fans have definitely stumbled upon something, as Daenerys Targaryen star Emilia Clarke recently revealed.
Viewers have been suggesting Daenerys’ new collection of outfits may have something to do with her upcoming episodes - and Emilia announced that detail was true.
Although she didn’t reveal exactly what was being hinted at, she said those viewers discussing the “touches of red” were on to something.
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Emilia went on to break down the outfits she has worn throughout the series so far.
She said: “Michele Clapton, our unbelievably talented costume designer, really takes each character's journey and reflects that in the clothing.
“Every single piece that I put on made sense for the scene that I was in, and made sense with the place that the character's in at that time.
“There's a real throughline for this particular season, there's a real arc and I feel like fans, like hardcore fans, will clock what's happening within the reflection of the clothing. There's definitely a story to tell there."
As Daenerys’ wardrobe has become considerably darker through the seven seasons, so too have her actions.
