In a bid to give their children the privacy to enjoy their childhood, Prince William and Kate Middleton have understandably restricted the insight that members of the public can have into the lives of Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, three, and Prince Louis, 10 months. While the trio have been spotted at events and in official pictures released by the royals in the past, their public appearances have been relatively limited. So, although the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are often pictured out and about, the youngsters have tended to stay out of the spotlight. As the children have grown older, Prince George and Princess Charlotte have been seen on more occasions.

Prince Louis, however, has not been seen attending a royal event since his christening back in July last year.

Prior to this, on the day of his birth, Prince William and Kate stood outside of London’s Lindo Wing with the newborn, as they unveiled him to the world.

But, that’s not the only time royal fans have been able to see Prince Louis.

The tot appeared in official photos released to mark the 70th birthday of Prince Charles.

He was also pictured in a photograph of the Cambridge family, released during the Christmas period last year.
