The former Homes Under the Hammer host, 48, urged her 32,000 Instagram followers to keep their eyes out for her favourite coat, saying she had lost it in the past week. Lucy Alexander uploaded a picture of herself in a fitting room in a clothes shop, trying on a bold leopard print jacket and posing for a sultry mirror selfie. On the right hand side of the picture a dark green fur coat could be seen hanging on a hook.“Loving me a bit of the ole leopard print,” she captioned the upload. “I bought this little bomber jacket before I lost my lush green fluffy coat this week (hanging up in the pic).
“If anyone sees it on some smug person’s back mooching around London’s West End call meeeee ASAP!” she begged.
Fans took to the comments section to sympathise with her after she lost the gorgeous garment, with one saying: “Aw Lucy that’s horrendous to think someone would do that.”
“Noooo! What a shocker, hope you get it back,” another chipped in, while a third added: “That’s a bit s**t. That was a beauty.”
One Instagram user listed several places Lucy could have misplaced the coat, writing: “Left in shop when you purchased the bomber? Back of chair… restaurant… boot… Kitty’s wardrobe?”
Lucy is mother to daughter Kitty and son Leo.
