Carol Vorderman has shown fans once and for all that despite her Countdown fame, she is still “the same old Vorders” as the 58-year-old responded to users on Twitter who wondered why she had neglected to hail a black cab while out and about yesterday. The curvy star was seen as she waited for an Uber after a meeting in London, with the pictures causing a stir due to her bright, figure-enhancing outfit. Showing off her assets in tight black jeggings and an orange jumper, Carol accessorised her look with a pair of towering heels and a matching bag. The TV legend continued to flaunt her natural beauty with minimal makeup and straight hair for the business related outing.
Wearing her long hair down and straight, the former Countdown co-host wowed fans with her casual ensemble.
Amongst all of the media attention, Carol later addressed the "fuss" online.
Responding to comments from her followers on Twitter, the media personality added a witty caption to one of the images: “Caught ordering an Uber by paps today after a meeting… an old @KarenMillen top and old jeggings from @marksandspencer.
“Bit of a fuss in papers but it's the same old Vorders…”
Carol then spoke out again after a particular critic had a problem with her choice of transportation.
They wrote: "Serious question: What's wrong with hailing a black cab Carol?"
