The Labour leader declined to reject suggestions that the EU's Article 50 departure process should be revoked, during a visit to Brussels. He twice dismissed the idea as "hypothetical", but refused to rule out support for it. When asked about growing calls from Remainers for the withdrawal procedure to be scrapped, he said: "These are hypotheticals."

Mr Corbyn spoke out following a meeting with the EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier in the Belgian capital.
He was pressed about a parliamentary petition demanding the revoking of Article 50 that gathered more than a million signatures yesterday.
A string of Labour MPs, including Diane Abbott, Geraint Davies and Ben Bradshaw, have highlighted the petition on social media in recent days.
