Piers Morgan, 53, got into a heated Twitter row with present Jameela Jamil, 33, after he hit out at singer Sam Smith for coming out as non-binary in an interview. The Good Place actress branded the broadcaster a “s**t stain” and a “giant pile of “w**k” after an intense back and forth on the micro-blogging site. Now the Good Morning Britain host has slammed the model for “misgendering” him and claimed it was against the law by looping in the British authorities. He retweeted a post by Jameela where she called him “hun” and wrote: "'This thing'. Wow. On every level that is a shameful mis-gendering. Cc @metpoliceuk".
However, the presenter has since taken to the social media site claiming his “report” to the Metropolitan Police was just a “joke.”

The feud between the pair comes after a recent episode of the ITV morning show where Piers said: “Sam Smith has announced he’s gender fluid – he can’t work out if he’s male or female.”
“I’m now identifying as Sam Smith so I can get his royalties. It works both ways.”
He continued: “I just don’t get this… Sam Smith has millions of fans, what are they supposed to think? I can’t work out what I am?"
