NCIS season 16 has been plagued by rumours that a major cast member is leaving since the series started on CBS and FOX. Leon Vance (played by Rocky Carroll) is one of the NCIS season 16 cast members that fans think could be departing in this series of the next one. Rocky Carroll has not spoken about his future on the show, which he has starred on for more than 250 episodes.
CBS has not revealed whether Vance is staying on the show or whether he is leaving.
Rumours have been circulating since the beginning of NCIS season 16 that a major cast member would be leaving following the departure of Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette) in the previous series.
Numerous cast members who have been rumoured to be leaving include Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) and Leroy Gibbs (Mark Harmon) as well as Vance.
However, Vance fans may be able to breathe a sigh of relief as it is beginning to become clear which character might be on his way out.
