Carla (played by Alison King) and Peter (Chris Gascoyne) returned to Weatherfield in tonight’s episode of the ITV soap after leaving the street in the wake of Rana Habeeb’s (Bhavna Limbachia) death.
The factory owner has been struggling with her feelings of guilt as she knew the roof of the Coronation Street factory was badly damaged.
Peter supported Carla by taking her away and this evening saw him put on several displays of affection toward his ex wife as she still continues to deal with what happened.
However, some viewers thought Peter seemed a little controlling in the episode and that he might potentially be taking advantage of her vulnerable state.
