Jed, 53, has brought Line of Duty back to the BBC with an explosive first episode to the fifth season after the police drama took a two year break following the supposed reveal of villain H as ACC Derek Hilton (Paul Higgins) by superintendent Ted Hastings (Adrain Dunbar).

After Maneet confessed she had been helping her cousin in the intelligence realm feed information to the balaclava group, the PC was struck off and soon found herself in grave danger from the masked assailants.
