Australian comedian Joel Creasey talks of his encounter (Image: GETTY/STORYTUBE) During her tour of the country with Prince Harry, Meghan was introduced to Australian comedian Joel Creasey who had hosted the Royal wedding TV coverage in Australia. The 28-year-old Australian comedian appeared on the Sunday Project to talk about his awkward encounter with the Duchess. She came over and was planted in front of me. “The governor of Victoria's husband said to Meghan, ‘Oh Meghan, Joel hosted your wedding’. “I think he was going to say, ‘Joel hosted your wedding on TV’. “But before he could say that, Meghan cut him off and went, ‘Uh, I don't remember you being there’.” READ MORE: Meghan Markle and Harry's marriage to reach ’MOST STRESSFUL TIME’ The comedian spoke of the moment he was introduced to Meghan (Image: STORYTUBE) Things reportedly went downhill for the comedian from there on in as he revealed the Duchess reacted in a slightly annoyed fashion. While he didn’t disclose the full extent of their conversation, he admitted that his response did little to salvage matters. The latest news comes as Meghan and Harry prepare to have their first child this month. Ahead of the birth of their first child, new reports have revealed that Meghan will break away decades worth of tradition by not giving birth in the same hospital as Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge. Traditionally, pregnant royals give birth in the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
