The issue stems from a computer program called AeroData, which is used to calculate the weight and balance of flights before takeoff to determine flight plans and make fuel calculations, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA has now said the situation has been resolved - but the above airlines are all experiencing residual delays.
