The Bahrain Grand Prix took place this weekend, with plenty of well-known faces gathering to see events unfold at the Bahrain International Circuit. In attendance was Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, both 59. The pair, who tied the knot in 1986 but split in 1992 and were granted a divorce four years later, were joined by their eldest daughter Princess Beatrice of York, 30. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who was recently confirmed to be dating the Princess, was also spotted at the track.

During the sun-soaked getaway, Sarah seemed to be very keen to capture some memories.

And, clearly overjoyed to have attended the Grand Prix, on Sunday, which was Mother’s Day in the UK, Sarah soon took to Instagram to unveil some snaps to the world.

She posted two different uploads from the exciting day with her 181,000 Instagram followers.

In one capture, Sarah and Princess Beatrice can be seen posing for a selfie with Champion Jockey Frankie Dettori, 48.

And, while Prince Andrew may not have been in shot, the Duchess of York confirmed that she had been in the company of her ex-husband.

“Such a joy to be invited to attend the Bahrain Grand Prix with @hrhthedukeofyork and Beatrice,” she wrote in the caption.

“Excited to meet @frankiedettori_ #familytimes @f1 #luckyme.”

Sarah soon posted another shot, this time showing her posing with former Formula One driver Jean Alesi, 54.

And, fans soon sparked pleas of another royal wedding for the Duke and Duchess of York, as she reflected on the “wonderful time” she was having with her former spouse and their daughter.

“With the amazing @jean_alesi27 at the Bahrain Grand Prix,” she penned. “Having a wonderful time with @hrhthedukeofyork and Beatrice #familytime #backtoworkonmonday @f1 #formula1.”

Upon seeing the snap, one person commented: “Always looking radiant! We want you to remarry Prince Andrew! Hello @hrhthedukeofyork?”

Another asked: “Why is Prince Andrew not in the picture? Lol !! We want you to remarry !!!!!”

Meanwhile, a third swooned: “Family time is the best !!!
