Holly Willoughby, 38, reportedly wants to turn a garage at her £3million London home into a studio flat as a live-in space for the family au pair to look after her three children, according to the Mail Online. The publication states the TV star wants to add a second storey to an existing brick-built garage at the end of her garden in and has already had documents lodged with her local council. Architect Brian O’Reilly told the publication: “Currently the existing building consists of a small garage and poorly lit adjoining room. “We propose to transform the existing building, providing functional, naturally lit accommodation for a live-in au pair.
“The existing structure would be maximised through the addition of a second floor, largely hidden behind the existing parapet walls.”
It’s reportedly the couple’s ninth building project and their 13th planning application they have made since buying their four-storey, six bedroom family home in 2012.

Holly has been married to her husband Dan Baldwin for over a decade.
The pair share three children together; Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and Chester, four.
