Lithuanian leader Dalia Grybauskaitė appeared to shot down Emmanuel Macron's proposals for additional conditions on Britain to win his support for a further Brexit delay. Mr Macron on Tuesday appeared to signal his support for compliance checks on Britain to take place every three months during a potential extension period.
But the Lithuanian President insisted the UK will have to be treated "equally" for as long as the country remains a member state of the bloc.
