BBC One’s hit crime drama has proved such a hit, many viewers are calling for another series of The Victim to be given the green light. The Victim season two is yet to be given the go-ahead by the BBC or production company STV Productions.

Season two will likely depend on how tonight’s fourth and final episode ends and if there’s scope for another series.

BBC One will air the final episode of The Victim from 9pm on Thursday, April 11 and promises viewers will find out the truth about Eddie J Turner.

In a tweet on the day of the final episode, BBC One said: “It’s time for Anna to discover her fate – and the truth.

“Don’t miss the gripping conclusion of #TheVictim. Tonight at 9pm on @BBCOne and @BBCiPlayer.”
