Susan first appeared on the talent show back in 2009 when she left both judges and viewers stunned.
Tonight to inspire this year’s hopefuls she returns to the stage to perform her rendition of I Dreamed A Dream.
As the Britain’s Got Talent judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and David Walliams give her a standing ovation, Susan appears overcome with emotion.
Simon can be seen rushing onto the stage to give Susan a hug and comfort her as the audience continue with their applause.
Simon tells her: “Still got the magic Susan, haven’t you? Thank you for coming back.”
Following her performance, Susan heads backstage to reunite with Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.
“Ten years older. It's been 10 years, hasn't it?” Ant remarks.
Laughing Susan replies: “And you two haven't changed a bit.”
“You can come again,” Dec notes as the trio hug backstage.
