Game of Thrones fans know that Missandei (played by Nathalie Emmanuel) has been loyal to Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) ever since she was saved from a slaver.
However, Missandei has grown close to leader of the Unsullied, Grey Worm (Jacob Anderson), and last season saw the pair spend a night together.
In the trailer for season eight of the hit HBO series, Grey Worm can be seen leading the Unsullied into battle against the Night King (Vladimir Furdik).
And, it’s safe to say that if anything happened to the soldier, Missandei would be devastated - but would she turn on Daenerys for sending her beloved to his death?
Well, Missandei may not be as loyal as many fans may believe as she has previously hinted she would take on Daenerys in the past if something happened to Grey Worm.
In season seven, episode four, titled The Spoils of War, Missandei made it clear to the Khaleesi that Grey Worm should be kept safe.
After spending a passionate evening with one another, Grey Worm departs for Casterly Rock and as days pass by with no news from the army, Missandei grows impatient.
She asks Daenerys: “Your Grace, there’s still no word from the Unsullied?”
