Maisie Williams reveals she thought she would get 'fired' for not doing THIS ...

Maisie Williams, 21, has played Arya Stark since Game of Thrones first hit screens in 2011.

But the British actress admitted she thought she was going to be sacked even before the show aired.

Reflecting on her first day of filming for the HBO series, Maisie said she remembers not being able to nail a scene.

Speaking about the memorable moment in a video posted to Game of Thrones' Twitter account, she spilled: ”I was quite young and I had such a big imagination.

“In those scenes when I was younger I would really convince myself that I was there and it was happening.”

Maisie said: “That was the only way I knew how to act just by living that sort of moment.”

Recalling one of her most favourite scenes, Maisie spoke about the feast the Stark family put on when King Robert Baratheon (played by Mark Addy) and the Lannisters visited Winterfell.

She continued: "I remember it being really late and being tired but also being like… having a good time.

“I was flicking pigeon pie at Sophie [Turner]. That was my first day on set."

The star divulged: “They were saying: ‘Can you just like try and get it like right on her cheek?
