Royal commentator Richard Kay revealed the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle could have repaired the rift between her father and sister with an invitation to her royal wedding with Prince Harry. Mr Kay added that Buckingham Palace should have intervened early and “nipped it in the bud” to prevent the pair speaking publicly about their disdain for their treatment from Meghan. Mr Kay told Channel 5’s Royal Scandals: “Samantha Markle is very handy on social media and she responded pretty much immediately.
“Saying, wait a minute there is a family here, we were all there when Meghan was growing up.
“The Palace should have intervened quickly to nip it in the bud.
“A simple invitation to the Royal wedding would have solved it."
