Joey the sheep’s unique appearance, with just one central-horn, caught the attention of South Australian stock agent Michael Foster, who has since adopted the animal as his own. Such was the fascination with the sheep, Mr Foster took Joey home with him to his property and its has since become the talk of the town in Berra, South Australia. The animal loving Mr Foster told 7News in Australia: “I thought it might have been a joke to start with, but I thought, ‘yeah it looks like a unicorn’.
“I put the deal to the farmer and he said 'don't worry about it, just buy me a beer', but I thought he was worth more than that, so I said 'I'll give you two cartons instead’.”
