According to The Sun, EastEnders actor Danny Walters, 25, shared offensive tweets on Twitter seven years ago, before he was a cast member on the BBC show.
The publication reported Danny replied to a friend: “Also you owe me £5 f*****!” which has now been deleted.
Another post allegedly saw him reply “you little f**” to a pal in a conversation about football.
Last night, he apologised for his tweets, telling the publication: “I am very sorry for posting these immature comments to a friend when I was 19-years-old.

“It’s not language I would ever use now and I’d like to apologise to anyone I’ve offended.”
A friend is claimed to have said Danny is “mortified” by the resurfaced tweets, adding: ”He doesn’t have a bad bone in him.”
Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for Danny for comment.
The actor, who joined Albert Square in 2017, has not addressed the alleged tweets on social media.
His latest post sees the actor urging his fans to vote for his on-screen mum Karen Taylor (played by Lorraine Stanley) at this year’s Soap Awards.
In view of his 114,000 Instagram followers, he shared a picture of the pair with the comment: “This wonderful woman has been nominated for Best Actress in this years Soap Awards @thebritishsoapawards Lorraine, you are a joy to work with on and off screen. Well
