WARNING: The following article contains spoilers from Game of Thrones season eight, episode two.

Last night’s instalment saw Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington), Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) continue with preparations to go into battle with the Night King (Vladimir Furdik).

Edd Tollett (Ben Crompton) and Torment Giantsbane (Kristofer Hivju) arrived at Winterfell and warned they had one night left before the army of the dead arrived.

And, in the trailer for episode three, the Night King arrives and the Battle of Winterfell is about to commence.
