Game of Thrones viewers saw Arya Stark (played by Maisie Williams) enjoy a night of passion with Gendry (Joe Dempsie) before the White Walkers descend on Winterfell.
The two, who initially formed a great bond early on in season one when they both left King’s Landing, decided to take their relationship to the next level now Arya is all grown up.
Speaking about the sex scene after the episode aired, Maisie, 22, admitted she originally thought it was all a big joke.
The actress explained showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have previously pranked co-stars in the past by sending false scripts.

“At first, I thought it was a prank,” the British star told Entertainment Weekly.
“I was like, ‘Yo, good one.’ And [the showrunners were] like, ‘No, we haven’t done that this year.’ Oh f**k!”
When it came to the encounter with Gendry actor, Joe Dempsie, Maisie said it was “uncomfortable”.
“In the beginning, everyone was really respectful,” she divulged.
“No one wants to make you feel uncomfortable which kind of makes you feel more uncomfortable, because no one wants to look at anything that they shouldn’t look at, which in turn makes you feel like you look awful because everyone is kind of like… You want people to act more
