Dramatic pictures and videos show smoke billowing from the building with residents saying they have heard a number of blasts.
One person tweeted: “Huge explosions where I live. Saw one of them from my garden. Hope noones hurt.”
Another said: “3 explosions and plenty of smoke. Seems to be near enterprise way industrial estate.”
