Jack Osbourne has revealed Ozzy Osbourne, 70, is “back to normal” after he was forced to cancel his upcoming tour due to health reasons. Also, the 33-year-old joked about the legendary rock star being “cynical” as he commented on his father’s progress. Speaking to PEOPLE, he said: “He’s doing good, he’s back to being his cyclical old self, which is always a good sign. “When he is complaining about mundane things you know he’s good. He’s back to normal.”
Joking about the superstar complaining about everyday problems, he concluded: “He’s in a good spot.”
Ozzy was set to perform his No More Tours 2 in the UK and Europe back in February, however, the dates have since be postponed.
The musician, who is married to Sharon Osbourne, later cancelled his gigs in Australia, New Zealand and Japan, which were scheduled for March.
At the time, a statement on his official Twitter page, read: “Ozzy has announced the cancellation of shows in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
“Ozzy recently developed pneumonia and has spent some time in hospital.”
“He is through the worst part,” Sharon Osbourne revealed. “His doctors have advised that he stay at home to recuperate for full six weeks”.
