Darcey announced earlier this month that she would not be returning to Strictly Come Dancing.
Speculation over who will be replacing her on the BBC show has been rampant ever since the announcement.
Left on the panel is head judge Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood.
The latter has now spoken out on who he’d want to take over the position, suggesting that former X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger would be a good pick.

Craig Revel Horwood
He told Australia’s TV Week: ”She'd be fabulous. And Anton du Beke definitely wants to do it. I'd love to see Nicole, or Carlos [Acosta].
"But nobody has actually expressed anything to me. And I'm generally the last to find out!"
Although Craig did add he has no influence over who is chosen for the position.
He continued: ”No, of course not! But it doesn't matter if I don't get on with them.
"The difference of opinion is rather good, generally. For me it's of no concern. I just hope they choose the right person and they know what they're talking about."
Anton du Beke has been a professional dancer on every series so far.
