Meghan Markle may be widely known as the Duchess of Sussex these days, prior to her marriage to Prince Harry, she was best known for the career she forged in her own right. The 37-year-old was born in California, America. After growing up in Hollywood, Meghan then went on to work as an actor, famously playing Rachel Zane in Suits. How will the royal baby’s life differ to that of their mother’s?

It seems in many ways, with one obvious difference of course being the location of their homes.

While Meghan grew up in Los Angeles, she and Prince Harry will now raise their child in Frogmore Cottage - a countryside pad in Home Park, in the grounds of Windsor Castle, England.

What else is known about what the royal baby’s life will be like? Very little has been revealed, and it’s likely that the Sussex youngster will understandably get plenty of privacy during their childhood.

Sophie, Countess of Wessex, who is Prince Harry’s aunt through her marriage to Prince Edward, 55, has shared some insight into royal life.

The 54-year-old and the prince, who are parents to Lady Louise Windsor, 15, and James, Viscount Severn, 11, live in the rural Bagshot Park, in Surrey.

In an unearthed interview from 2016, Sophie opened up about how their countryside pad meant that the children could often visit Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip at their Windsor Castle residence.

Activities the royal children often enjoy during their
