‘You can't do that!’ Bradley Walsh SCOLDS #TheChase contestant over graphic ...

Comedian and quiz show host Bradley Walsh told off one contestant during today’s edition of The Chase, and it was because of a question about hernias.

Today’s team consisted of 29-year-old Lawrence, Emily, 39, Anne, 59, and Nick, 44.

Unfortunately player one, sugar processing manager Lawrence, struggled against chaser Shaun Wallace, also known as the Dark Destroyer.

Lawrence was knocked out and player two Emily stepped up to the podium to give the game a go.

The recruiter knocked it out of the park and racked up £8,000 in her cash builder round.

Going to the table with confidence, Emily did her best as the questions rolled in and her excitement was palpable.

The question read: “Hernia is the Latin word for what?”

Debating the answers, Emily reasoned it wasn’t a bruise or a sprain and attempted to explain why she’d chosen b, rupture.

She explained: "Yeah so a hernia’s when a bit of your muscle comes out through, or a bit of something comes out through a hole in your tummy."

Bradley was taken aback by her decription deeming it too graphic as he exclaimed: "Hold tight! Kids are eating their fish fingers, you can't do that!"
