Sharon Osbourne, 66, told her co-stars she has joked about her mental health in the past, discussing her struggles with depression. Speaking on the show, she said: “I was joking about this but I shouldn’t — talking about my depression. And it’s like, you know saying, ‘Oh, the first time I tried to kill myself was okay, the second, all right, the third time, oye!'” Sharon went on to say she still struggles with her health, adding: “But it’s like, I’m still here. During an episode of the show in 2014, she revealed she had been taking medication for 16 years. “Some days are better than others,” she said. “And some days you feel like you just want to pull the sheets over your head and just stay in that bed and not do a damn thing – except rot.” Two years later, Sharon said she experienced a “mental breakdown,” which she referred to as a “very low point” in her life. She said: ”I woke up in Cedars-Sinai Hospital and for probably three days I knew nothing. Sharon added her family checked her into a facility in which she sought professional help and attended group therapy sessions. Earlier this year, Sharon spoke out about her husband’s health after he postponed his tour dates in Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Back in February, a statement released on his official Twitter page with 5.27 million followers, revealed he was in hospital with pneumonia.
