The audience member hit out at the Conservative MP for the Brexit delay. Mr Clarke, who is a former Chancellor of the Exchequer, explained how difficult the negotiations are. The remoaner-in-chief argued the UK can’t sort out the hundreds of problems in leaving.
He highlighted the Irish backstop and that the Good Friday Agreement should not be broken because it would be “irresponsible”.
However, a Brexiteer attacked the point of the Brexit delay.
She said: “Leave means leave, that’s what I voted for and that’s what I expected.
“It’s pathetic. It’s going round and round in circles.
